❄️ Weather & Closures (Use Pop-up)

Scenario: School Closed

  • Headline: [CLOSURE] School Closed Today - [Date]

  • Body: All campuses are closed due to [Reason]. No after-school activities. Check email for details.

Scenario: Delayed Start

  • Headline: [DELAY] 2-Hour Late Start - [Date]

  • Body: All schools will begin 2 hours later than usual. Buses will run on a 2-hour delay.

Scenario: Early Dismissal

  • Headline: [URGENT] Early Dismissal Today at [Time]

  • Body: Due to [Reason], all students will be dismissed early. Please coordinate pickup for [Time].


🚌 Transportation (Use Banner or Pop-up)

Scenario: Major Bus Delay

Scenario: Route Cancellation

Scenario: Early Release/Professional Development

Scenario: Back to School/Open House

Scenario: Report Cards

🛠️ School Issues (Use Pop-up)

Scenario: Power or Water Outage

Scenario: Phone Lines Down

💡 How to use this library:

  1. Highlight the text you need.

  2. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) into the Alert Creator in Content Manager.

  3. Replace the bracketed information [ ] with your specific details.

  4. Set an Expiry Date so the alert disappears when the event is over!
