The Insert Menu on Pages

Expanding Your Content: The "Insert" Menu

While text is the foundation of your page, the + Insert menu is where you add the rich media and interactive elements that keep parents engaged.

To add any of these, simply click into your Main Content area where you want the item to appear, click + Insert, and choose from the following:

🧩 Content Fragment	Pulling in pre-made "mini-content" blocks that are managed elsewhere.
🔽 Collapsible Box	Creating "FAQ" sections where users click to expand more information.
💻 Embed HTML	Adding third-party widgets like social media feeds or interactive maps.
🔲 Layout	Organizing your content into columns (like a 50/50 split) for a professional look.
🔍 Query	Advanced: Pulling in specific data sets automatically based on search criteria.

💡 Pro-Tip: Collapsible Boxes for Clean Pages

If you have a lot of information (like a long list of school policies), use the Collapsible Box. It keeps the page looking tidy and allows parents to click only on the specific topics they need to read, saving them from endless scrolling on their phones!
